Started From the Bottom
For as long as Lindsay can remember, she wanted to become an ICU nurse. (It was a long journey. You can find more on her story and how she overcame substance abuse and pursued a professional career as a nurse in spite of having a criminal background on her IG).
Deep down she knew that she was meant for more. Lindsay wanted to create a life and career that was fulfilling and one she was passionate about. So she decided to take a leap of faith, go to graduate school to become a nurse practitioner, and open her own medical spa.
Since then, Lindsay has learned a lot about starting a business from the ground up. With no initial funding, no formal business training, and no rich parents, it was just her and her Google search bar.
After finally fulfilling her nursing dream, Lindsay eventually had the realization that bedside nursing was no longer for her. She was burnt the f*ck out.
Lindsay founded Scrubd Esthetics from her dining room table doing microblading. Over the next three years, Lindsay scaled her permanent makeup business to a six figure income producer and opened the doors to her own medical spa after graduating NP school in 2022.
Lindsay’s mission is to help support your journey by providing you with real life patient scenarios, tangible advice, and a deep dive into the nitty gritty of what it took for her to become a successful injector, business owner, and entrepreneur.

She believes in a personalized approach to education by offering an online learning platform where you can learn at your own pace. She also believes that establishing a strong foundation in hands-on experience ensures each student gains the confidence and skills needed to excel in their practice.
You can expect to see specific technique training videos on full face neurotoxin, dermal filler, Sculptra, Kybella, full facial rejuvenation, rheology, anatomy and how she completes my consultations. She will also include education materials and training videos on advanced skincare techniques including chemical peels, microneedling, prp/prf, and how her team creates skincare regimens to treat anti-aging, acne, hyperpigmentation, and more.
As Lindsay’s practice continues to grow, she is now including you in that journey from onboarding, to training in new techniques, business and everything in between.
Beyond her professional achievements, Lindsay is dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.
